Hi, I’m Noel and I have proudly been working in the dental field since 1995, starting in the Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia before moving to Sacramento in 1997. I am a proud resident of the Pocket neighborhood, having lived here for 25+ years. Dr. Nikki brought me aboard in 2021 and I’m so glad to have joined her team! It is a fortunate thing to work so close to home and with an AMAZING team of people. The caring and compassion we provide to our patients are how we are in real life. It is truly a pleasure to come to the office every day!
Outside of my passion for providing excellent patient care, I am a proud mom to twin boys. They have grown into fine young men with bright futures ahead of them. My five cats keep me busy at home and I am enjoying expanding my aquarium skills. I love to bake goodies and do so often. My other hobbies and interests include container gardening, going to the movies, doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, wine tasting/dinners, and having picnics on a nice afternoon after a leisurely bike ride.

Hello everyone! I’m Sarah and I have been in the dental field for 18+ years. I started with Dr. Nikki in 2021 and I am loving every day! My passion for dentistry started when I became a hygiene assistant at the age of 19. Through my years of working in the dental field, I have found that my love for business administration has grown. Not only do I love the team I work with, but I also enjoy and appreciate all the relationships I have formed with patients over the years. Empathy I feel is a great strength when talking with patients or understanding their individual concerns or needs.
Outside of work you can find me playing video games, doing yoga, gardening, dancing in my living room, hanging out with family, or doing jigsaw puzzles. I love to be outdoors soaking up the wonderful sun or going to the mountains and hiking to the top. I find television can be very calming for me. There is nothing like cuddling up with a blanket and binge-watching a show or movie you love so much. Lastly, I absolutely love to travel. I have traveled all over the United States, including driving cross country three times! Internationally I have only been to Taiwan and Japan but I can’t express how amazing it was! Since traveling internationally, I await the time when I am able to travel and experience more cultures all over the world.
Even though I’m quiet and introverted most of the time, I would have to say my biggest passion in life is loving my family. My family consists of my boyfriend, daughter, and 2 fur babies. They are everything to me and I am not sure what I would do without them!

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, received my dental hygiene education at Diablo Valley College, and have practiced as a registered dental hygienist since 1995.
I spent my first six years in dentistry working at a small family dental practice in Richmond, CA. In 2001, I relocated to the greater Sacramento area and started working full time in this outstanding practice and I am happy to still be here!
Over the years I have seen a lot of changes in the art, science, and technology of dentistry. Traditional methods are tried and true, however, it is important to me to stay educated so I can utilize new research and techniques to provide smart, efficient, comfortable care to our patients as well as ensure I have longevity as a practitioner. I maintain active memberships with the California Dental Hygienists Association and the Sacramento Valley Dental Hygienists Association. Both organizations ensure I stay up to date with the changing laws, best safe practices, and continuing education. I take pride in providing personalized quality care to each and every patient and value the long lasting and trusting relationships that I have developed with them over the years.
In addition to my role as a hygienist, I am very passionate about food, music, and animal rescue—adopt don’t shop! In my spare time, I like to take Pure Barre classes, read, attend live music events, work on home DIY and up-cycling projects, and garden. I also enjoy the great outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, and exploring this beautiful state we live in with my husband, Brian, and our two dogs.

I am a Sacramento native, born and raised. I graduated from the local high school, John. F. Kennedy. As a young teen, I became intrigued with the world of dentistry and was fortunate enough to be provided with the resources to grant me the smile I cherish each and every day. I love being able to provide the education and services to do the same for you!
I started my career as a registered dental assistant in 1999, even though my true desire was to be a hygienist. Over the following 10 years, I gained experience, knowledge, and education of various dental office positions. In 2010 I finally achieved my long-term goal and graduated dental hygiene school from Carrington College and couldn’t have been happier.
Being a part of Dr. Niki’s team has been very rewarding for my growth as a healthcare professional. I cherish my daily opportunities to interact with all my patients and love helping guide you into better dental and whole-body health. I believe in constantly furthering my education to keep current with the latest research in dentistry and provide you with the best care possible.

RDAEF II
I’ve been in the dental field since 2003, and proudly joined Dr. Nikki’s team in 2017. I love learning about our patients and helping to achieve their dental goals as an RDAEF II. My role here is to transfer the doctor’s careful design by taking impressions and sending them to our trusted laboratory, then restoring them to the patient’s teeth. Our patient’s comfort is top of my list during and after their procedures. It is rewarding to see when our work can bring a smile to a patient’s face!
I have a daughter and son who practice Taekwondo. On my days off, my husband takes us on adventures, kid boot camps, or swimming.

My name is Amira and I was born in San Jose, California. Though I am not originally from Sacramento, this is where I have spent most of my life. I absolutely love making people smile, and being in the dental field gives me the ability to do just that. I became a team member at Dr. Nikki’s in 2020. I really enjoy being part of the team here and what a great way to start my dental journey toward becoming a dental hygienist in the near future!
When I am not working or in my spare time, I love to hang out with my niece and nephews. I feel blessed to be able to spend time with them as much as I can. When I am not spending time with family, I enjoy a little retail shopping and splurging at the mall!
